An UC Index will be created: USA-China Relationship Index, measure how close the relationship is and we will publish everyday.
USA and China are the biggest 2 economic countries in the world! We can BOLD to say: Good the index, all other counties will fell happy; Worser all others will be terrified; Bad the whole world will have a disaster!
We will Focus on L2 Theory, the biggest two Leaders of the world and their actions.
